Fastlaunch looking for next incubator cohort

This Lagos-based incubator has opened its applications to the 2017 edition of its Social Entrepreneurship Challenge program looking for startups with the potential to solve water, health, tech and education challenges in Nigeria and across the continent.

Fastlaunch became the newest addition to Lagos’ incubator network last year; offering work space, mentorship and funding to startups in the city. Fastlaunch has a twist on the “typical” startup incubator, however, in that it focuses on family-run social impact businesses.

With the growing demand for startups and businesses in the continent it would be only fair for more and more companies to offer space to the young and bright individuals who want to come up with an idea to positively impact the society in one way or another.

Successful applications will participate in the three month program– beginning on March 20 -, receive mentorship and work space at the Fastlaunch space.

Seed funding will also be provided to the selected startups, with the amount decided on a case-by-case basis.

Applications can be made here, until March 10.
