Applications open for AppsAfrica
The AppsAfrica.com Innovation Awards celebrate the best in mobile and tech from across Africa supported by Mobile Monday South Africa and Mobile Ecosystem Forum (MEF) and are now accepting entries for 2017. Last year, the awards attracted over 200 entries from 25 countries, with the winners on the night hailing from South Africa, Nigeria, Zambia, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
This year’s awards are open to 12 impact categories from ventures who can clearly demonstrate innovations using mobile technology:

- Best Social & Messaging Award
- Best African App Award
- Enterprise Solution Award
- News & Entertainment Award
- Educational Award
- Fintech Award
- Social Impact Award
- Brand Campaign Award
- M-commerce Award
- Changing Africa Award
- Outstanding Industry Achievement Award
Interested Applicants can apply here and each entry will be charged $95 per category entered.
P/S: Start-ups who are less than 18 months old will not be charged subject to approval and can contact AppsAfrica for a discount code.
