Kangpe, an eHealth startup, has launched a premium subscription service that gives users access to a Qualified and Verified Doctor every day of the month.
The service costs just ₦1,500. Customers can either pay with their debit cards or with MTN Recharge cards.
To start using the service, customers must ensure their Kangpe app is up to date, and they can click on the subscribe button at the top of the app feed.
Launched in July 2015, Kangpe connects patients with verified doctors via SMS, mobile app and web 24 hours a day.
Users across Africa can ask health questions and receive sound advice from practicing Doctors – responses are received under 3 minutes most times
The startup has been in the news of late. It secured US$2,500 at a recent TechCircle-organized Meetup, and won Seedstars Lagos last month.
