Recently we deployed chatfuel a chatbot on our Facebook page , to help us communicate in case we are off the office for a couple of minutes or hours or the weekend, I cant lie thats a tool each company should have to help ease the communication interaction between clients and the company.
The rise of this kind of chatbot AI has been on the rise, and now Facebook has seen the potential in this kind of development, Just a couple of hours I was testing the Kudi Payment chatbot, really got facsinated about it and its plans on expansion.
